These Terms govern access to and use of BOTKILER. BOTKILER is the product and trading name used for the software service; the verified seller identity is reflected in applicable order and Merchant-of-Record records. By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service scope
BOTKILER is B2B AI security and authorization software delivered as a hosted subscription service. It evaluates governed software actions, applies configured authority controls, and records decision evidence. BOTKILER does not handle buyer funds or card data, and no human-delivered service is sold as the product. Customers remain responsible for their agents, credentials, policies, approvals, connected systems, and underlying business actions.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, keep authentication credentials secure, and use BOTKILER only for systems and data you are authorized to control. You may not use the service to bypass security controls, obtain unauthorized access, violate law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malicious software, or interfere with the service or other tenants.
Subscriptions and billing
Available plans, prices, billing periods, and included capabilities are shown on the BOTKILER pricing page and again before purchase. When paid self-service checkout is enabled, paid orders are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles order processing, applicable transaction taxes, billing-related buyer support, and returns for those orders. BOTKILER activates paid entitlements only from verified provider state and does not treat browser input as billing authority.
Cancellation and refunds
Subscription cancellation and refund terms are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Cancellation stops future renewals when it becomes effective. Access may continue through the already-paid period where the subscription is scheduled to cancel at period end.
Customer data and third-party services
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice. BOTKILER relies on infrastructure and service providers for functions such as identity, hosting, network delivery, and billing. Your use of connected third-party products may also be governed by their own terms.
Security, availability, and customer responsibility
BOTKILER is designed to fail closed when required authority or evidence is missing or invalid. Security controls can deny or quarantine actions by design. No software service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free, and customers should maintain appropriate backups, recovery procedures, approvals, and independent controls for consequential systems.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, material breach, security risk, unlawful use, abuse of shared infrastructure, or a requirement imposed by a service provider or law. Where practical, BOTKILER will limit the action to the affected account, tenant, or capability.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BOTKILER is provided on an as-available basis without warranties that cannot lawfully be disclaimed. BOTKILER is not responsible for decisions made by customer agents or operators outside the authority controls actually configured and enforced by the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated when the service, law, or provider requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Questions about these Terms or the BOTKILER service can be sent to admin@botkiler.com.
