This Privacy Notice explains how BOTKILER handles personal data and service metadata when you visit our websites, create an account, use a BOTKILER workspace, contact support, or use paid subscription features.
Information we collect
We may process account and organization identity, authentication identifiers, tenant configuration, agent and credential metadata, authority and security evidence, usage and diagnostic metadata, support communications, and billing references. BOTKILER is designed so that secret values should remain in protected runtime configuration rather than public website content or browser-visible evidence.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide tenant-scoped software features, enforce authority and security controls, maintain service reliability, investigate abuse or security events, provide support, administer subscriptions, meet legal obligations, and improve the service using operational evidence.
Service providers
BOTKILER uses service providers for specific functions, including Clerk for identity services, Vercel for web application hosting, Cloudflare for network delivery and security, and Paddle for billing and Merchant-of-Record functions when paid self-service checkout is enabled. These providers process information according to their roles, contracts, and applicable privacy terms.
Sharing and sale of personal data
BOTKILER does not sell personal data. Information may be shared with service providers that are necessary to operate the service, with a customer organization according to its workspace permissions, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit integrity, administer billing, resolve disputes, and meet legal or contractual obligations. Retention can differ by data type and by the requirements of connected providers.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law and your relationship with BOTKILER, you may request access, correction, deletion, or other available privacy rights. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Requests can be sent to admin@botkiler.com.
Security
BOTKILER uses tenant isolation, authenticated access, protected runtime configuration, fail-closed authorization, and integrity-oriented evidence controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should also protect their accounts, endpoints, credentials, and connected systems.
International processing
BOTKILER and its service providers may process information in more than one country. Where applicable, providers use contractual and legal mechanisms appropriate to their processing activities and locations.
Changes and contact
