PLATFORM ARCHITECTURE

BOTKILER The Sovereign Authority Fabric for Autonomous AI

Identity establishes who an agent is. BOTKILER decides what authority the agent can exercise, how far that authority can reach, and whether execution proceeds.

Master Sovereign Authority Fabric

The platform route from signal to decision remains deterministic and fail-closed.

Layered architecture model

VISIBILITY

Problem
Authority is often inferred from local identity checks and role names.
Observation
BOTKILER resolves tenant, user, role lineage, active passports, and policy state at authorization time.
Decision
Only an explicit, bounded authority surface is admitted into execution plans.
Evidence
Decision reason codes and graph edges stay in engine-owned evidence records.

INTEGRITY

Problem
Delegations can expand unintentionally and intent can drift across tool paths.
Observation
Passports, nonce history, nonces, and mandate lineage are validated before execution.
Decision
Only matching, non-expired, non-revoked passports remain in force.
Evidence
Revoked passports, sessions, and descendants are removed from active authority.

PRE-EXECUTION CONTROL

Problem
An allowed action can still create unacceptable consequence at runtime.
Observation
Consequence dimensions are evaluated against policy and deployment posture.
Decision
Result actions become LIMIT/APPROVAL/QUARANTINE/DENY/CIRCUIT BREAKER as needed.
Evidence
Firewall outcome, limit rationale, and outcome rationale are recorded on execution attempt.

CONTAINMENT

Problem
Single revocation does not always block derived authority.
Observation
Tenant-level containment and lineage propagation are evaluated together.
Decision
Circuit Breakers and revocation trees block descendant authority paths.
Evidence
Containment ladder, reset conditions, and session/credential state are explicit.

RECOVERY

Problem
Failure without proof weakens operator confidence and auditability.
Observation
Remediation is represented as a separate authorized step with verification.
Decision
No silent heal: outcomes must be confirmed before closure.
Evidence
Verification and closure state are returned as authoritative evidence.

PROOF

Problem
Execution without provenance is hard to govern.
Observation
Authority, intent, consequence, and verification outputs are chained.
Decision
Evidence remains authoritative and tenant scoped for operator review.
Evidence
Decision provenance keeps identity-to-effect continuity intact.

Authority Ledger and capability reach

Authority Ledger

Effective authority combines direct grants, delegated grants, credential-backed rights, tool permissions, and transitive reach.

  • Direct permissions
  • Delegated permissions
  • Credential-backed authority
  • Tool authority
  • Transitive reachability

Capability Graph

What can this agent ultimately cause?

Agent → Tool → Credential → Service → Resource → Consequence.

BOTKILER applies bounded traversal to keep authority composition explicit and auditable.

Delegation and Intent integrity

Human mandate must remain continuous when authority is delegated across agents.

Human Mandate

→ Agent A

→ delegated subset

→ Agent B

→ Agent C

Observed Requested Action

Intent Drift Detection

Consequence Firewall and decision outcomes

Firewall dimensions

  • financial
  • data
  • infrastructure
  • privacy
  • operational
  • irreversibility
  • blast radius

Outcomes

  • ALLOW
  • LIMIT
  • APPROVAL
  • QUARANTINE
  • DENY
  • CIRCUIT BREAKER

Containment model

Circuit Breaker

Tenant-scoped breaker states stop risky execution paths without leaking authority to dependent components.

Revocation Fabric

Revocation is lineage-aware: identity, session, credential, authority lease, delegation, and memory epoch.

  • Stop authority reuse
  • Invalidate descendants
  • Propagate epoch state

Memory continuity and continuity checks

Checkpoint

Trusted authority snapshots.

Epoch

Versioned continuity state with explicit transitions.

Mutation

State changes are policy-bound and tenant scoped.

Verification

Mutations are confirmed before being treated as final.

Active / Revoked

Current authority sets are derived each decision path.

Integration and enforcement touchpoints

SDK and API

Decisions are made by BOTKILER before tool execution; SDK calls remain a transport.

MCP and Gateway

MCP Airlock and gateway adapters preserve a single authority envelope.

Private / Hybrid

Hybrid and private-hosted options preserve tenancy boundaries and local controls.

Deployment architecture

BOTKILER supports cloud, SDK/Gateway paths, MCP, and private/hybrid deployment.

Air-gap certification is not claimed unless independently verified in the environment.

BUILD YOUR AUTHORITY BOUNDARY

Use BOTKILER where authority, consequence, and evidence meet execution.
